Practical Information The Horizon Europe Information Event in Armenia is organised by the Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC) – the Horizon Europe Office in Armenia in close cooperation with the European Commission, the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, and the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA). The deadline for registration is 14th of October 2025, 17:00 Yerevan time. Venue The event will be held at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Scientific and Innovation Partnership Assistance Center (SIPAC)

SIPAC is the official Horizon Europe Office in Armenia and Horizon Europe National Contact Point (NCP) coordinator, SIPAC supports researchers and institutions in accessing European funding and participating in EU programmes. SIPAC also hosts the EURAXESS Armenia to support researcher mobility and career development.

Through its policies and funding instruments, the Commission fosters scientific excellence, innovation, and cross-border collaboration among EU Member States and Horizon Europe Associated Countries, including Armenia.

Delegation of the European Union to Armenia

The Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, led by the EU Ambassador, represents the EU in Armenia, promote its values, and build networks and partnerships in the country. The EU Delegation is responsible for all policy areas of the relationship between the EU and Armenia, including political, economic, trade relations as well as human rights, security, and civil society.

National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA)

NAS RA is the country’s leading scientific body, rooted in the rich scholarly and cultural traditions of the Armenian nation. It brings together researchers to advance fundamental science, preserve and reinterpret the nation’s heritage, and contribute to solutions for key national, social, and economic challenges.
